Corrections

Every record cites its source. If a value here disagrees with that source, we want to fix it and record what changed.

How to report

Email corrections@congress.ph with the page URL, the field you believe is wrong and a link to the official source. If the issue is an individual vote, include the motion or stage and the date.

What happens next

We re-check the cited source for the correct term and chamber.
Material factual corrections are applied in place and retain a correction note on the record, rather than creating a duplicate.
Where a source has not published a value, we mark it unknown rather than inferring one.

Policy

We preserve an audit trail for material changes so the previous and current values and the time of change are recoverable.
